Packaging & Shipping Guide

For the smoothest GSC experience, ensure that your shoes are packed properly.

1. Prepare Your Sneakers

  • Clean Your Sneakers: Lightly wipe off any loose dirt or debris before shipping.
  • Include Laces: All pairs must be shipped with laces inserted or securely included in the package.
  • No Boxes: Please do not send the original retail box, as it will not be returned.
  • Accessories: Attach any removable accessories (lace locks, tags, etc.) that are part of the sneaker’s intended presentation. Keep non-attachable accessories (dust bags, extra laces, boxes, etc.) with you—they should not be sent.


2. Pack Securely

  • Wrap Shoes Individually: Wrap each sneaker individually in bubble wrap or soft packing paper to assure safe transportation.
  • Use a Sturdy Cardboard Box: Use a box that is slightly larger than the sneakers to prevent shifting during transit.
  • Fill Empty Space: Fill excess space with bubble wrap, or air cushions to ensure no movement.
  • Include Submission Form: Print and sign a physical copy of your Submission Form. A signed Submission Form must be included in your shipment to be processed.
  • Seal Properly: Seal the box tightly with strong packing tape on all seams and edges.

3. Labeling & Shipping Your Package

  • Choose a Shipping Service: Using a reliable shipping service (UPS, USPS, FedEx), mail your package to:

  • Affix the Shipping Label: Attach the label securely to the outside of the box, ensuring it’s clearly visible and not covered by tape.
  • Send Your Package: Drop your package off with your chosen shipping service, with proper insurance and tracking information.

    Keep your tracking number until Receipt Confirmation has been received from Graded Shoes Company.
